Slow but sure...

Just a quick update. I was able to do 3 miles today at 9:30 pace on the treadmill with no issues.

I can feel it 'hovering' there on my hamstring, just above the back of my knee, but it doesn't get worse or hurt with running. Could have gone faster / further - but err'd on the conservative side as I know I should right now.

Afterwards I stretched the living daylights out of it :-)

Still hoping to run easy outside - maybe on Sunday. Tomorrow is a road bike ride - or the gym to lift, depending on the weather.
